Ingredients:
1 teaspoon Sao Noi Ginger Chili Oil | ½ teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped |
3 tomatoes | 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
½ white onion, chopped | 1 garlic clove, chopped |
2 green onions, chopped | Pinch of salt, to taste |
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
