Ingredients:
1 tablespoon Sao Noi Lemongrass Chili Oil | 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning |
16-ounce steak | 3 cloves garlic, minced |
1/2 tablespoon olive oil | 1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon onion powder | Pinch of salt |
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in a bowl or resealable gallon-sized freezer bag. Shake to combine.
- Add steak to the marinade. Place in refrigerator and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours. Cook steak as desired.
